Wrong Place History is an animated history documentary channel exploring what actually happened to ordinary people caught in the most brutal moments of the past. Movies love the heroes, the grand speeches, and the glorious victories. But history wasn't written from a safe throne. It was survived by ordinary soldiers in the front line of an ancient shield wall, sailors trapped in a sinking submarine, and families starving inside a castle under siege. We strip away the Hollywood myths and tell ground-level, human stories: the reality, the chaos, and the raw odds of survival, through illustrated 2D storytelling and careful research. Sources are listed in every video description. New videos every week, plus longer compilations for when you want to binge. Subscribe and find out why you're glad you weren't there.
