Hi, I’m Gillian — and this channel is all about wellness you can feel. Here, we breathe, move, and nourish. I’m a registered social worker and psychotherapist (MSW, RSW) and trauma-informed yoga teacher sharing simple, evidence-based practices for mind-body wellness. You’ll find somatic yoga, grounding movement, and plant-based recipes designed to support nervous-system regulation, balance energy, and deepen self-connection. Sharing meaningful practices that help you feel at home in your body — one breath, one meal, and one movement at a time.
