Hi, I’m Vicky 🤍 I'm a new mama, workout coach, and your personal wellness bestie!! I believe in romanticizing every part of your life, and taking ownership of where you are vs. where you want to be. You’ll get encouragement, accountability, and reminders that you’re capable of more than you think (without the shame spiral). Here I share real home workouts, wellness vlogs, mindset shifts & daily rituals that have helped me create a well-balanced and healthy life. This channel is for anyone who wants to take care of their health without fitness feeling overwhelming, intimidating, or like another thing they’re failing at. I want you to show up for yourself in the way you deserve. Happy to have you here! ✨ Work out with me on my workout app (programs, guides, and new classes dropped weekly) https://www.dailythrive.app
