Welcome to my kitchen. I’m Tashi, and I grew up learning food the simple way — with a pot, a pan, a fire, and whatever was growing around us. Here I share Tibetan recipes, traditional ways of cooking, old family food stories, and simple techniques that don’t require a fancy kitchen. Some recipes are things I grew up eating. Others are dishes and traditions I’ve learned along the way. If you enjoy simple food, traditional cooking, and stories from an old kitchen, you’re welcome here. Pull up a chair. Let’s cook.
