Hello There. I’m Rusaila and I enjoy Baking. I come from a Palestinian and Macedonian family and this has influenced my passion for baking a lot. As you will see many of my recipes come from either the Middle East or the Balkan.
“Taboon” is a famous Palestinian underground oven which is used to make the famous Palestinian Taboon bread and is also used in many of the Palestinian dishes.

لقد اسميت موقعي فرن الطابون لانه الفرن التقليدي القديم المشهور في فلسطين حيث يستخدم لعمل خبز الطابون و بعض من الاكلات الفلسطينية التقليدية.
