🇺🇸Cutting and cooking meat with my German Shepherd side kick, at least that's how it started. I am a career butcher who has occupied all positions associated with the industry. Meat processing videos will always be my go to, but since starting this channel I have branched out into a more eclectic mix of home processing, cooking and recipes, dog training and commenting on and reviewing almost everything. I believe in saving a buck by doing it yourself, and that a day spent outside barbecuing with the dogs is a perfect day.
