Documenting the ups and downs, the ins and outs of life...in short form. I'm a storyteller, a Caribbean inspired chef, Wellness practitioner, Spiritualist, and a Loc enthusiast currently based on Vancouver Island. On this channel, the vast majority of my content will be shorts, cause let's face it, nobody seems to have the capacity to sit through a video longer than a minute, maybe two if it's really good... This is also a safe space for inspiration, conversations and community Thanks for stopping by!
