Welcome to my UK property investment channel. My name is Sabrina and I am a UK property investor and property professional working in real estate and property development in Wales. I started my journey by door knocking for motivated and distressed sellers before building a successful rent to rent property business in London. I later worked with investors on property refurbishment and development projects before relocating to South Wales to build a UK property portfolio from scratch. On this channel I show how to invest in property in the UK using proven strategies including BRRR (Buy Refurbish Refinance Rent), buy to let, rent to rent and property flipping. You’ll see real UK property renovation updates, property sourcing, below market value deals and how I raise private investor finance. If you want to learn UK property investment, build a buy to let portfolio and grow a profitable property business in South Wales and across the UK, this channel is for you.
