I'm Rosie Mackean - chef, food writer, food stylist and author of the dinner party cookbook Good Time Cooking. I'm here to help you cook really good food without too much faff but lots of flare. Expect easy weeknight recipes, weaning and batch-cooking, incredibly cosy meals, hosting ideas and probably a lot of pasta and chips. I share everything from 15-minute suppers and simple family meals to big weekend feasts and dinner party showstoppers - plus a look at life as a chef, food writer and mum. You can also find me on Instagram @rosiemackeanpastaqueen and read The Dinner Party, my Substack newsletter.
