Just a paraplegic athlete documenting what he can of his progress and the process it takes for said progress. Nathan competes in wheelchair basketball, wheelchair football, para powerlifting, and field throwing events (javelin, shot put, discus). He also trains like a madman and occasionally shares some things he's learned, whether through education or experience.
