Guided meditations, lectures, as well as practical tips for both beginners and experienced meditators, based on the teachings of Sri Chinmoy. Malaya has been a disciple of Sri Chinmoy since 1996. Since 1997, he has conducted hundreds of meditation courses and open meditation sessions. His aim is to share his Master’s meditation techniques and spiritual teaching with a wider audience and to introduce people to a spiritual way of life — the path of the heart — which has the power to transform their lives. Sri Chinmoy dedicated his life in service to aspiring humanity. With all of his soulful offerings – his prayers and meditations, his literary, musical and artistic works – Sri Chinmoy is trying to inspire mankind. "I meditate So that I can inundate My entire being With the omnipotent Power of peace." "Do not try to change the world. You will fail. Try to love the world. Lo, the world is changed, changed forever." - Sri Chinmoy https://www.srichinmoy.org/ https://malaya.hu/en/
