hi! my name is mariana, and welcome to mar yoga 🐚 mar is the portuguese word for ocean, and mar yoga comes from my passion for movement, nature and the ocean the intention is to create an online space for us to reconnect with the simple joy of being alive ✨ i love moving and in my classes i always try to blend both strength and softness- with challenging, strengthening movements and creative transitions and a playful, light attitude towards them, so we can challenge ourselves mindfully while having fun and feeling amazing you can expect weekly creative flows and monthly classes filmed outside and inspired by nature- yoga in the wild i'll also be sharing some guided meditations, as an invitation to slow down and simply be in the present moment and because yoga is definitely not only on the mat, connect with me on my other socials for more inspiration :) i hope to see you on the mat soon 🤍 smile :)
