We’re Kristi & Sammy 🐾 — realistic van life from someone who’s owned 7 vans and learned a lot along the way. After traveling in everything from a DIY Ford Econoline to a converted Sprinter, I’ve figured out what actually matters in day-to-day van life: the gear, the systems, the costs, and the mistakes most people don’t see until they’re living it. Here you’ll find: → Realistic van build and gear advice → Honest costs and financial breakdowns → Practical systems for daily van life → Lessons learned after 7 vans → Life on the road with my dog Sammy Whether you’re researching van life, planning a build, or already living it, my goal is to share honest experiences and practical advice that holds up in real life. Life really is better when you roam.
