I’m Shania Banton, a New York Native Director, Writer, and Producer with 10+ years of experience creating film, television, digital, and branded content. As the founder of Just Shania Productions, I craft emotionally grounded stories that explore identity and transformation through cinematic storytelling. This channel is an extension of my work as a filmmaker and creative strategist. Through OnSet Talk, I share insights, resources, and real conversations that help filmmakers and creatives navigate the business and art of independent filmmaking. Through The Creative Bridge, I help creatives and corporations build systems, workflows, and strategies that turn vision into execution. If you’re a filmmaker, creative, or storyteller looking to grow your craft, understand the industry, and build something sustainable, you’re in the right place.
