I’m on a mission to design a life I genuinely love. I am incredibly passionate about self-improvement and intentional habit-setting, and my content shows the honest, messy, and beautiful journey of my evolution over the years. What started strictly as a weight loss journey has become so much more. Along the way, I’ve chosen sobriety, fallen in love with reading, unlocked a passion for fitness, and taken the leap to leave my corporate job for full-time self-employment. I truly believe everyone deserves to fulfill their highest potential. By sharing my journey, I hope to inspire you to make the intentional changes needed to build your own version of a dream life.
