Hey friends, homebuyers, and fellow millennials trapped in a market full of ridiculously expensive homes…. and somehow equally expensive fixer uppers. 👋🏼 With limited options and questionable financial judgment, Eddie and I bought ourselves a Cape built in 1948. We’d like to think she has good bones-but within those bones, we’re already finding a few fractures 😅 So, come along for the ride as we tackle each room, uncover unwanted surprises, maintain the character, and slowly turn this old cape into a truly beautiful home.
