Excursion Van Builds is a Portland, Oregon-based campervan builder specializing in modular, customizable van conversions. Our approach starts with a selection of proven base layouts. From there, customers can customize the things that matter most — component placement, bed orientation, storage, finishes, and more — creating a personalized build without the complexity of a completely custom conversion. We design and manufacture our van components entirely in-house using CNC fabrication and precision production techniques. From cabinetry and bed systems to wall panels, storage, and custom accessories, we build nearly every part of the van ourselves. This channel gives you a look inside our shop, with build walkthroughs, fabrication, installation guides, new products, and practical campervan tips.
