I’m Crit — a dad, gamer, and recovering addict living sober. This channel is about chill gaming, sobriety, recovery, and building a positive community for people who want a place to hang out without all the noise. I stream the games I’m playing, talk openly about my own recovery and real life, and try to create a space where people can relax, talk, and keep moving forward. I’m not a doctor, therapist, or counselor. I can only share my own experience, listen, and be part of the conversation. You don’t have to be in recovery to be here. If you’re sober, struggling, a parent, a busy adult, or just looking for a laid-back gaming community, you’re always welcome. Gaming, recovery, real conversations, and one day at a time.
