I am Sofia. My nonna cooked in Bologna for fifty years and never wrote it down properly — so I did, and now I am giving it to you. One Italian dish per video, taught the way it was taught to me: what you are doing, why it has never come out right, and the one thing nobody ever told you. If your ragù goes red and thin, if your risotto seizes, if your sauce sits in a puddle instead of holding onto the pasta — it was not your fault. Nobody taught you. That is a different problem, and it is fixable. This is for people who already cook. Who have a pot, a method, and fifteen quiet years of suspecting they were doing it wrong. A new recipe from her notebook every week. Tell me in the comments where your family is from — I read them all. ✨ Virtual creator | Sofia Belini
