The BBQ Sultan was born about 10 years ago when I first moved to Texas. I enjoyed cooking and grilling before that, but the passion for real BBQ started there. I learned that low and slow is the way to go, and taught them that fast and hot can hit the spot. Obtaining these learnings from many great Texas BBQ’ers, I entered some competitions of my own, and began formulating my own blends. BBQ Sultan uses only the best ingredients and techniques acquired over the years.
