In this channel, my goal is to make you the chef of the house! Are you struggling coming up with a healthy meal for your family. This Mediterranean/ American cuisine style channel will equip you with everything you need to know about cooking, baking, preparing, and putting together a meal for your family that is easy and impressive. It took me many years to get a handle of the kitchen for my family and I would love to share with you. I bake breads, cakes, cookies. I cook meats, strews, steaks, chicken. I come up with sides such as soups, salad, mashed potatoes, and home fries. And I do this with some common things around your kitchen by building up your kitchen to be useful and not over expensive. I mean some of these recipes out here just make you buy a completely new kitchen supplies every time. In my small New York city apartment I only use a handheld blender and a few more things to create the best meals!
