Lunar yoga. Intuitive guidance. Bedtime practices. Guided Meditations & Visualizations. A space for lunar-aligned yoga, intuitive astrology guidance, and nervous system restoration. Each New and Full Moon, I combine intuitive guidance with yoga practice to support reflection, release, and realignment with natural cycles. This channel includes: • New & Full Moon sessions — intuitive guidance + yoga practice in one flow • Bedtime yoga — gentle, restorative practices for sleep and relaxation • Savasana guidance — affirmations and meditation for deep integration • Yoga Nidra & restorative practices — nervous system reset and healing The intention is to create a space where intuition and embodiment meet — so you can reconnect with clarity, calm, and inner alignment.
