My upper back seems to have been the only thing that didn’t lose strength and is actually at it strongest it’s ever been, still about 20 lbs off on all my workouts but atleast I’m regaining it a bit every single session. My cardio is so ass right now I still can’t go a full posing session without losing my breath 😭

Even though I can look back to earlier this month and see that the test is doing its job leaning me out I still need to do mine currently sitting around 160-161 5-6 pounds up from my last video but definitely leaner. Although I’m making progress slowly rebuilding to what I once was it just feels so meaningless. There really isn’t any drive nor want for me to train but I have slowly started getting more consistent again now that my injury has healed more, I’m sure in a months time I’ll be back to
