After a kindhearted lady named Pam contacted Raptor Center Of Tampa Bay about a hawk who had been sitting on the ground in her yard for hours, I jumped at the opportunity to rescue this beauty. I arrived at around 10:30 PM, and immediately transported the dying Red-Shouldered Hawk to the exceptional and caring rehabber who originally took the call, Nancy. We were not confident she would survive; she was in really bad shape. So needless to say, I was beyond excited to hear back 3.5 weeks later

Thanks-a-million to the caring people at 200 Copas Bar & Grill in Riverview, FL, who called the Venice wildlife hospital to get this orphaned/abandoned baby raccoon some much-needed help! 🦝❤️ Mom was allowed time to get her baby, but did not return for reasons unknown to us. 💔 I feel confident in stating this little one didn't stand a chance at survival on her own at such a young age.
