I really believe the secret to staying consistent with working out is finding something you actually WANT to come back to. There’s a reason TSS is the only workout I’ve done for the last 9 years and I’ve never felt stronger. It’s challenging, but also has that girls’ night out energy… good music, high vibes and that feeling of release when you’re done. Working out shouldn’t be something you’re constantly trying to convince yourself to do.

Okay, "canceled" might be a little dramatic but a broken elevator would have delayed our entire NYFW event by HOURS... which, when you have a room full of people arriving and an entire event running on a very tight schedule, would have caused some serious chaos. Safe to say this was not on the NYFW bingo card 😂 Huge thank you to the New York Fire Department helping us get things moving again. The show went on ✨
