Upgrading usually means getting more. This time, it somehow means getting smaller too. Took the new @insta360 official X6 around Singapore like a tourist in my own city, packing 8K 50fps, 10-bit colour and some seriously capable new low-light sensors into one tiny 360 camera. Capturing an impossible shot has been made possible, with the Insta360 GO3! I’ve been wanting to try out a seamless object push through shot for the longest of time, inspired from films like, David Fincher’s Panic Room. Combining the small size form factor of the GO3, and the flexibility of a Magic Arm, we are able to put the camera as near to the object as possible. Using simple masking trick in After Effects, blending the shots and creating a loop, this is something that I can apply to future
