Unfortunately allergies develop after exposure, so actually the longer you’ve been exposed to an allergen, the more likely you are to develop an allergy to it.

I did a lot of other things to help my hair grow too (minoxidil, PRP, hair serums) but hair struggles to grow if there’s not enough iron around! Here’s your reminder not to neglect it 💁🏾‍♀️
