Unlock the Pilot is about what happens after the AI demo works: the data nobody cleaned, the permissions nobody mapped, and the person who has to run it on a Tuesday morning. From Unlocked Consulting, a senior-led AI practice in Munich working across Europe and the US, drawing on systems in production and on published research. Pilots that stall, foundations, the EU AI Act in engineering terms, the real cost of an AI project. For the people at 20-to-500-person companies who have to make it work, and for the CIOs, CTOs and heads of AI who need evidence for their own board or stage.
