There's something about being in an old car. Is it loud? Yes. Does the AC work? Absolutely not. Are the seatbelts load-bearing? Debatable. But outside the window everything shifts to another place and time. Podcast journalist Alex Vespestad picks up musicians in vintage rides and drives the California coast. They talk career highs, late nights, the stories that've never made it to an interview. And when the conversation reaches an end, they get in the back for a serenade under the open sky. It's a feeling you've known your whole life...you've just never heard it like this.
