They Were Here is a true crime podcast that investigates the disappearances and suspicious unsolved deaths of LGBTQ+ people across the United States—cases too often overlooked, mishandled, or forgotten. Each episode unpacks a single story: who they were, how they disappeared, and why justice remains elusive. Through intimate interviews and deep archival research, They Were Here amplifies the voices of those left behind. This isn’t just a podcast about missing persons. It’s about erasure, accountability, and the fundamental right to be remembered.
