The ELLEvateHER Project™ is a doctor-led women’s health channel dedicated to helping women understand their hormones, metabolism, labs, and overall wellness—without misinformation or dismissal. Led by Dr. Marino, this channel provides evidence-based education on hormone balance, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid health, metabolic dysfunction, insulin resistance, GLP-1 medications, weight changes, fatigue, sleep, gut health, and lifestyle medicine. You’ll learn how to interpret labs, recognize early warning signs, advocate for yourself in healthcare, and build sustainable habits that support long-term energy, strength, and confidence. This is real medical insight for real women—busy professionals, mothers, and caregivers who want clarity and control over their health. If you’re tired of being told your symptoms are “normal,” subscribe and start ELLEvating your health—on your terms. PS: Not a substitute for medical care.
