Let me keep you company while also encouraging you to make that leap to try out new things in the kitchen and in the garden. If I can create simple, tasty meals then you certainly can. As a latecomer to gardening I have found that I would like to pass on my meagre knowledge of the soil and let you know that if you don't try new things you won't find out.
