Open Heart Wellness brings you meditations, guided visualizations, and healing frequencies that support your personal growth, help you release stress, and bring you back to center. Each episode is a tool you can use for your emotional health and energetic well-being, so you can live a fuller, more abundant life.I'm Kara, your guide, and I'm so glad you're here. I began my meditation and visualization practice in my mid-twenties during a season of profound change - a divorce, my father's cancer diagnosis, a career shift, and moving back home. These practices became my anchor, helping me regulate my nervous system, call in abundance, meet my higher self, and find peace and clarity in the midst of transition. I believe deeply in their ability to support transformation because I have witnessed it in my own life. From my heart to yours, may grace and light follow you always.Book a 1:1 meditation, or receive a custom subliminal at https://sowbecoming.comLet us know what you think!
