From Depression to Expression

The Podcast Show that looks into the darkness and heaviness of Depression and how to get back to the light and ease of authentic self-Expression. I'll interview therapists, scientists, shamans, personal coaches and people that went through depression and came out of it and many more. We will be touching on subjects as trauma, low self-esteem, emotional (un)awareness, fear, depression and other reasons for low energy and an unfulfilled life. We learn about the causes and what actionable steps you as listener can take to get out of it to become more authentic and express yourself without fear.
