如果你喜歡我的分享，想更深入探索「藝術如何幫助你擺脫焦慮疲勞」，歡迎和我預約聊聊~ 更多藝術療育課程資訊 internaltea.com Chen Wen-Rou is an artist from Taiwan with a Ph.D. from the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
