Covid continues. Our institutions hold our hands and help us roll dice across the very fabric that holds our bodies together. We lose friends and family, and we are trained to victim-blame over their sudden declines, while the disease that perforated their defenses does silent work on those of us still standing. It will not slow until we acknowledge our failures, and the plurality of greed, both personal and systemic, that drove us here. I am not here to hold hands.
