This means no more annoying warnings about node-fetch 😃

Just swap `base64` with `base64url` in your #nodejs app 💚

Safari on Apple Watch incorrectly sets the Accept header with `image/webp` even though it cannot decode WebP images.
Is this considered a Webkit bug or do I need to submit it somewhere else?
