I wasn't feeling great about how the shumai came out because they felt a lot flatter/less detailed than the other 2 kinds of dumplings I made.
I thought about redoing them to crimp the sides of the wrapper, but I realized if i did it would be hard to keep the tops fully closed in a way that held in the stuffing well.
Bu then I had the idea to try just adding a crimped s
