Figured it was as good as any tool to do some prototyping to see what kind of quality

I originally defined lots/parcels in #edcgame as independent polygons, but looking at real parcel maps, I realized that it really is one planar graph that gets sub-divded and merged to create newlots.
Decently happy with the subdivision mechanics. This feels to much better than the fixed grids attached to roads, or even the dynamic lots of Manor lords. Next I need to implement road set-backs, so i
