Another #book I've read lately: The Dragon Has Some Complaints, by John Wiswell. This was 100% as good as I anticipated, with a nice blend of silliness and feels/peril. It's from the PoV of the three-headed (formerly four-headed) dragon on the cover, which is an absolute delight.
Many of the humans are Very Queer, in case that's a selling point for folks.

I realized that some of my aliens (in an old unpublished manuscript that needs a bunch of editing) bear a superficial resemblance to those in Project Hail Mary.
