As part of my new year preparations I cleaned up a huge pile of to-be-read books that have collected over the year (gifts; 2nd hand flea market finds; new buys) and picked out 25 I definitely want to read in 2023, plus a graphic novels.
I usually try read/listen to at least 50 books a year. So this leaves about half of those I read to be decided after the year starts.
