I've missed WIP Wednesday for a little over a month, and it's been a bit of a shit of a year so I've not had as much time for cross stitch as I'd like. Nebamun continues – I'm working on the bottoms of a pair of birds at the moment. The column I'm stitching is 50 stitches wide and involves a lot of different colours in every row so progress is roughly one row or a bit less each hour.

I'm past halfway on the length of this piece – I'm down to 15th February. It's looking less & less likely that I'll finish by the end of the year but there's still hope as it will speed up once I've got to 31st March as after that I only have to stitch the colours & there's no counting involved.
