I think the biggest headache is getting the data out of earth engine. Right now I’m using the googledrive package and it works fine but it’s quite a few steps. Not sure if there is an easier way.
Man is it powerful though.
What are tips for working with google earth engine in #rstats? Seems super powerful but rgee seems clunky. But maybe I’m just new to it?
I just had to put my work computer in the fridge to cool it down so it would work.
I’m not sure if the update of quarto made this possible but using ‘tarchetypes::tar_quarto_rep()’ with the output_file field with paths with subfolders now will output files in whatever subfolders you want.
I never thought I’d say this but, I think I’m a neovim convert. And just in case you were wondering, if you are an #rstats and #quarto user r.nvim is all you need. No need to use the package in the quarto docs.
