Supernova sn2026sqf in NGC3310 last night. Unfortunately, cloud rolled over that part of the sky so i wasn't able to get much data and had to give up on getting a spectrum but the supernova itself is obvious. I thought i had a pre-outburst… The Sun in white light, imaged with our Dwarf Mini. This is 200 frames shot in AE mode with the solar filter. AR14493 has elongated a little i think. Also visible, AR14492 top left and AR14489 bottom right, plus an unnamed spot on the left… The Leo Quartet aka the NGC3190 Group, consisting of NGC3189, NGC3187, NGC3193 and NGC3185 (the uppermost spiral). https://flic.kr/p/2s9XQ5p ★ 1 M105, NGC3384 and NGC3389 in Leo. Unfortunately, cloud rolled over that part of the sky so i wasn't able to get much data and had to give up on getting a spectrum but the supernova itself is obvious.
