So, my #GreatManchesterRun 10k is done and dusted. Finished in 1 hour, 10 minutes and 24 seconds which is not my slowest ever 10k.
Now loafing on the sofa, watching the women's FA Cup final with a TENS machine on my arms. Because naturall…
Getting ready for the #GreatManchesterRun today. I'm doing the 10k, so have time still before I need to head to the start.

I was wrong. Many songs felt familiar and some were deeply nostalgic. Night and Day was the other most nostalgic one, but I'm not done yet.

This is another album that I couldn't really tell you what my favourite track is. There are so many that speak to me. Maybe No Fit State? Or So Glad to See You. Maybe The Warning? I do like the threat that Hot Chip might break your legs or…

Well. I know I like it. One friend of mine really did not though and said it was "repe…
