Had a great mission up Mt Grey on the #ebike today to have a play with #Meshtastic. Brought my T-Echo and a 6.5dBi MikroTik 1M Fibreglass antenna. Zip-tied the antenna to the trig and was able to make a few direct contacts, including one to Ashburton 110km away.

Been getting really into #Meshtastic recently - climbed Mt Thomas with a friend in the weekend and was able to link to a friend up Sugarloaf 52km away with just omni antennas. Of course we still had to try out the yagis though 😀
