I'm attempting to determine the pinout of the 2003-era Dell power supply for the Inspiron 2650 laptop. I've determined that it's a 20V 3.5A with 3 HOLE TIP, but I haven't had success finding the info I need.
Before I fork out for a replacement, I'd like to see if the machine I bought has any chance of coming back to life using my bench power supply.

This 2003 Dell Inspiron 2650 is turning out to be quite complete, and a bit of a beast. It's got 256MB of RAM in the user-accessible slot. There's another soldered RAM slot. I'll have to open the machine to access that. I've removed the IDE disk and successfully scraped the contents into an image file using my friend ddrescue.
