Will these judges face sanctions? Investigations? Is there even a chance we'll see meaningful enforcement of the rule…
Especially w/this court, it seems possible that the federal government might win on 1st A & Due Process challenges to a narrowly written, natsec-based nationwide ban (on commercial speech, at least) if it chooses to go that route.
