I hadn’t baked bread in a number of years, but decided to give the King Arthur flour Peasant Bread recipe a try. It was super easy, smells wonderful. Still a little too warm to cut into, but boy it’s hard to resist. The casserole dish I used is larger than specified, because that’s the size I have, so the loaf is a bit on the flat side. I’ll just think of it as quasi focaccia.
