Creator Partnerships Lead

SocialDB is the open database and marketplace for the creator economy. We already list 1.4M+ creators across a dozen platforms — but a marketplace is only as good as its active supply. As Creator Partnerships Lead, you build and own the creator side: getting influencers and their teams to claim their listings, set their rates, and land real, paid sponsorships through SocialDB.

What you'll do

• Recruit and onboard creators, managers and agencies at scale — from first outreach to claimed, active accounts
• Turn claimed listings into deal-doing accounts: help creators price their work, complete their profiles, and accept offers
• Build repeatable playbooks and outreach that scale beyond you — templates, sequences, and referral loops
• Partner with talent managers and networks to bring their rosters on board
• Be the voice of creators back to product: what would make them choose us, and stay
• Own creator-side metrics: claims, activation, and creators who complete a paid deal

What success looks like

• 90 days: a working onboarding playbook and the first cohort of creators claiming and transacting
• 6 months: a repeatable, growing pipeline of active creators plus at least one scaled agency or manager channel

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in creator partnerships, talent management, or influencer marketing
• You genuinely like people and are relentless on follow-through
• Comfortable owning targets and reporting on them honestly
• A clear, warm communicator across DMs, email and calls

Nice to have

• An existing network of creators, managers or agencies
• Experience onboarding supply for a marketplace
• Fluency in what creators actually care about — rates, usage rights, and getting paid on time
